Skelinovi dvori family farm is famous for its homemade products. We cherish the long tradition of making wines of supreme and high quality as well as Miljevac prosciutto. These are the reasons why we were awarded with the title of Croatian Tourism Ambassadors.
Our Family Farm is famous for its production of several varieties of red and white supreme and high-quality wines, and we offer to our guests the possibility of visiting our winery and prosciutto production hall. All information and answers to your questions on our wines and prosciutto will be given by our expert in agronomy who will also be available during the degustation.

Miljevac prosciutto – the delicacy from the Šibenik Hinterland
Skelin family has a long tradition of making meat products. Our distinguished guests can enjoy the tastes of the unique Miljevac prosciutto and Dalmatian pancetta.
Our way of making MIljevac prosciutto
The traditional production of Miljevac prosciutto is characterized by five month drying on oak, hornbeam and spruce structure. The final drying and maturation process is conducted under the cold and sharp bora wind, seasoned with the sea salt aroma, Mediterranean and medicinal herbs within the ideal microclimate of the Miljevac Plateau. Annually we produce 800 pieces of prosciutto (whole prosciutto with bones).
Homemade delicacies and traditional Dalmatian dishes are offered in our restaurant within the Family Farm.
