About a hundred Canadian military veterans gathered in Wounded Warriors of Canada every year to carry messages of peace in some parts of the world. The cycling event called ‘Battlefield Bike Ride’, in which over a hundred Canadian and Croatian veterans participate, is held on a 600 km route from Sarajevo, Mostar, through Makarska, Kastel Lukšić, Drinovac to Plitvice Lakes, and is organized to exchange experiences in helping war veterans and their families. On the way, the cyclists also stopped at our property yesterday.
